Discover
The most important part of any successful project is planning.  Our discovery process ensures that we uncover crucial requirements early on in your project. Together we will build mutual understanding and accomplish the following tasks and deliverables:

• Kickoff meeting

• Assess risks
• Set a communication plan for weekly meetings\updates
• Prepare a preliminary project plan
• Document site map
• Explore multimedia needs, image management needs
• Create an inventory and classification of the content
• Conduct research (if needed)
• Identify your existing assets (product images, content, collateral materials) to define what can be used, and what new items need to be created
• Define the layouts required (main, interior, extranet, sitemap, search, etc.)
• Define fields for online forms
• Identify workstation users and groups (security)
• Identify content restrictions (permissions)
• Identify applications (if needed)
• Complete a workflow analysis
• Create prototypes (if needed)
• Hold weekly status meetings (in person and via phone as needed)

Development Tasks

• Set up development environment, source control
• Configure Titan features (search, site map, print page, calendar etc.)
• Build blocks and layouts ASP\ASPX\HTML\XML\XSLT coding
• Conduct internal code reviews
• Build\integrate applications
• Complete testing
• Staging or Testing site accessible by customer
• Hold weekly status meetings (in person and via phone as needed)
• Change management\Scope additions\Project Enhancement Request (PERs)

Development Deliverables

• Developed and tested web sites ready for content
• Content migration (by NWS or client as mutually agreed)
• Database Specifications
• Transaction Flowchart (if needed)

• Complete performance tuning

• Coordinate and Document hosting escalation processes
• Perform necessary Network, DNS, Server tasks for cutover
• Complete bug fixes
• Complete any outstanding Acceptance Plan deliverables

• Close project, move to next phase
