Matthews has been in the digital marketing industry for 15 years with deep experience developing and leading omni-channel marketing strategies. Her passions include developing cross-channel marketing campaigns to drive targeted, personalized experiences and marketing technology (MarTech) - developing solutions that meet complex marketing objectives by leveraging a mix of automation and technology. “After partnering and learning from Northwoods for 8 years from the client perspective I am thrilled to officially join the team. The opportunity to work for an authentic, client-focused company with such a unique and strong history is rare and exactly what I needed in my career.” Matthews said. Prior to joining Northwoods Matthews led a digital marketing team at a manufacturing company, improving their online brand presence and shaping the digital go-to market strategy.
With over 7 years of paid search experience, Wainscott has been actively managing paid search campaigns across Google, Bing and Amazon in both the US and European markets. Before joining Northwoods, he was the retail and ecommerce manager for Streamline Brands, leading the retail/wholesale division of the largest swim school franchise in the nation. “My passion lies in paid search, digital marketing and conversion optimization. I'm fascinated by the capability digital marketing offers, allowing optimization through every step of the consumer's journey. My focus will be to help our clients get the most out of every advertising dollar. I’m looking forward to working with a team of exceptionally talented digital marketing strategists and a wide range of experts in all aspects digital to optimize client advertising budgets and maximize lead flow, customer experiences, conversions and ROI,” said Wainscott. He holds certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics and Bing Ads.
