Since 1891, Intermatic has focused on developing and manufacturing quality products and is dedicated to providing energy management solutions for commercial, residential, and industrial markets.
Intermatic had an outdated website, preventing the Intermatic team from repositioning many products as its industry changed. Finding a way to better support a complex distributor and dealer channel was especially important to Intermatic, as well as providing more expansive product information in easily understood terms for the end user. Northwoods Web Solutions began the process by conducting customer and dealer interviews, then continued with a competitive analysis to position the new website to solve day-to-day problems encountered by its delivery channel. These methods informed the design process for implementation of a new website on Northwoods' Titan CMS.
