Nordco oversaw multiple websites, each with their own look, and no universal way to manage the content between the various properties. More importantly, one of the websites was hacked, prompting immediately action to fix the problem. Northwoods delivered a digital strategy aimed at a user experience combining all product lines under one branded website, incorporating videos, foreign translations, and an extranet for product manuals. Northwoods also created a used equipment portal for sales and rentals, featuring a catalog application to display products with the ability to filter the equipment by various attributes and calls to action to drive rentals and sales.
